On September 3, 2019 Mayor Katrina Foley recognizes Costa Mesa High School student Rebekah Robeck for her “Let’s Be Kind” initiative to bring kindness to schools. This was a special day as it was also the first day of school and the beginning of Rebekah’s 10^th grade year.
